Gordon - don't worry about the random factor being based at all on post counts. Just make binge deadly, I want to see how his 'Isaac Ross with superstrength' creation goes. Fullback was needed, Thomas. Like to see how you go too. Girve is the fullback - Thomas and his fat lips would do well to reme...

Cheers for that  DB rows it is then. Keen to avoid back injuries and this looks like the right option. Next and last question - dumbbell bench press v barbell bench press Do both. You'll be able to lift heavier weights with a barbell but dumbbell presses are great for working your stabilis...

I was rather happy with this considering I didn't have a tripod. Glacial area between Narrabri and Bingara. I was on my own and was about to have a skinny dip when I noticed the dead sheep above this waterfall. Mmmm. http://sphotos-b.ak.fbcdn.net/hphotos-ak-prn1/60637_10152224077380224_2012640375_n....

I get bled every 3-4 months. There is no other way of removing Iron from your system (unless I slip with my sword). You can't control your diet by eating less meat - the gut will just absorb as much iron as it can regardless. It used to be you had to not eat oysters or OJ but they've debunked that....

Hey Mat, just a question about haemochromatosis, I haven't had the gene test yet but the doctor said there's probably no other reason for my iron count to be nearly 3 times the upper threshold. I'm having more tests later this week and early next week. How have you been managing it? I mean, does th...

Single player is what makes gta 4 my favourite game. Get The Ballad of Gay tony expansion Thomas. It adds a ridiculous amount of shit to the multiplayer, parachutes etc. And the campaigns good. It's all good. I can wait for GTAV. In the last year there has been a sudden inflow of French speaking Ar...

How much post processing do you guys do? I sometimes tweak my photos a little bit but nowhere as much as I used to. At the moment - loads. Going for the stylised look, not trying to recover poorly taken pics. Yeah, it's so time consuming. I really want to learn how to use Lightroom but can't find t...
