Re: Aussies - don't you like taking a dump at work?
Dolphins might actually be the answer to workplace bowel health. I myself would consider going back to an office job if the toilets sat over a perspex tank that had dolphins swimming in it. Imagine the joy of actually managing to finally drop one right into a blowhole!

Aim for 8am to 12pm. With work etc, it will quite often end up between 8am and 2pm though. Do you not find it hard to get to sleep when hungry? I tend to do more a midday to 6/7pm range. I did try doing 12-4pm, but it's very difficult during league season - on a Saturday I'll be leaving home around...

Edit: I work from home with a very flexible schedule, so it's a lot easier for me than it would be for those with a more traditional working week.

When I do it I do between 18/6 and 20/4. Whether it speeds up metabolism etc doesn't really concern me. The 'it gives organs more time to repair instead of procesding food/toxins' does, but even if that turns out to be proven as nonsense, it still works for me. The reason it works for me is that I d...

I thought the ref had a pretty good game, hardly any whinging about it. Yeah. Really liked the guy. Maybe because of the English as a second language but he didn't try to be chatty, which worked. Just stuck to clear accurate calls as he saw them and if the player ignored him it was on the player. H...

Halfback, because fudge them, they're not proper men. Should just play with 14, ref can feed the scrum and have the halfback duties default to whoever's closest.
