Worrying to hear about the amount of cancelled matches - lower level rugby really is struggling. If you're reffing well you'll soon find yourself promoted out of that level. well that's the thing, to progress I need games under my belt - it's a bit of a catch 22. I need 6 games to get my Stage 3 do...

yes, rooted my old phone - HTC Magic and my Galaxy Nexus.

it means you have administrator control of the operating system - In Linux this is 'root' user access.

Chrome Browser beta on the Nexus (ICS only) is very nice so far.
