Re: OFFICIAL AB's V BOKS RWC PRE TOURNEY "FRIENDLY" MATCH THREAD.
Absolute whingefest on the Breakdown by Jeff Wilson and co. What are they saying? The result was mainly the ref’s fault. Barrett shouldn’t have received a yellow for his dive into Marx was a highlight. Thought it was only us that complained about refs. I've seen saffas getting upset by his co...

SBarrett should be on a plane home after that red card. When is Rettalick back and when will he be 100%. His fitness is why I didn’t think NZ were a big chance in 2019 and nothing has changed for me. Here/first: NZ will finish second in the group and face South Africa in the quarters. I’m not a kiw...

No. This didn't happen. Your lads were to eager, over and over. More like they didn't adapt to the refs interpretation of that law We saw how frustrated they were, that's where canes captaincy is questionable Do it once, ok Twice then 3 times is not ok and leads to a yellow card and ultimately to a...

New tactic: hoist your lineout jumper in the air and keep marching forward with him still in the air then place him down over the tryline, unstoppable. No. This didn't happen. Carter would have been poor too . His forwards were destroyed. Re: OFFICIAL AB's V BOKS RWC PRE TOURNEY "FRIENDLY" MATCH THREAD.
As a neutral, the rush defence from the Boks squeezed the life out of the NZ attacks and caused multiple interceptions and errors. It was like England in the last RWC. NZ had no answers. NZ never has answers for the rush defense. Teams have been 'surprising' us with it since the Springboks shut dow...

Just watched the mini match on Stan. AB pack got bashed up badly and their backs look like they had met each other in the car park. Mo'unga is such an enigma. Brilliant in one match then dog shit in the next. South Africa look ominous. I thought mounga was fine considering the context Made a few cr...

Re: All Blacks 2023
I'd be pleasantly surprised if they do leave out Laulala for Moody. Fingers crossed. Hope Retallick's injury isn't too serious. We can't win it without him. They won a RWC without Carter, Slade and with our fourth choice first five on the park. And McCaw had a broken foot throughout. No disrespect ...

Infantile. Help those people. Thinking that you can help all people is tyranny. You will fail. If you educated yourself you would learn this. The 20m rule is basic common sense
It worked well down here, there's no downside..only the upside of not ruining the game
I'm pretty sure they will bring it in after the RWC, but they should have got it sorted for this RWC

Massive shame they didn't bring the 20m rule in
That would have made a huge difference to the RWC
You just know a controversial red card is going to ruin an important game

Boks have been slowing the game down for years
And as recently as the 2 tests in SA last year
They tried it again in the 2nd test at Ellis park and the ref hurried them up..it's part of the reason they lost that game

Given that Narewa and Fainga'anuku are both unavailable due to injuries, the selection of Clarke on the bench makes some sense. Although, alternatively pushing Rieko to a wing and bringing on Ennor was an option that excludes Clarke's selection. I like the former over the latter. So...who's doing t...

Good first up win, but the bench was ineffective as a whole. Some points from what I saw. Foster needs to learn how to spell Fainga'anuku, instead of just writing Clarke on the team sheet. (I know he didn't travel with the team, but noted for future reference.) Christie is not an asset. You have Ro...
