Re: The Official Irish Rugby Thread

The only backline position a marquee signing would be somewhat justifiable is wing, even then it's not really. The fact that Jordie doesn't cover it really makes it all the funnier.

Re: The Official Irish Rugby Thread

While there is no way the two announcements are correlated in that way, Leinster's 10 CCs are a big part of the reason you can spaff 200K on something you really don't need. Produce good players and they get CCs allowing you to sign good backups to cover while they are with Ireland. Beautiful in it...

Would've preferred a wing or a TH, but Jordie is great for the memes.
Jordie and Snyman is a pisstake but very funny just to see the Munster lads lose their shit
It's worth it for that alone, even if Snyman is a lemon.

Re: The Official Irish Rugby Thread

Jordie Barrett would be such a weird signing, he'd be a guaranteed starter and you've Ireland internationals galore to pick from in his positions Would be weird alright. Although he's fairly like for like with Ngatai in that he's primarily a 12 who can cover across the backline but hard to see it s...

What's the consensus? Iranians justfied to do something or not? My take is that the Israelis would have factored in an Iranian response prior to their mission in Damascus. After Trump killed Solemni they struck a US base, so the Isrealis had to know something was coming. Iranians put big bells and ...
