Sydney dwellers (and maybe they're available elsewhere in oz) wildflower are kicking out some fantastic beers. I knew topher when he was working for partizan out here and he sent some over.

Mostly barrel aged beers with some open fermentation (except their table beer) they were excellent.

Saw him the other day when I was out for a walk and he did look his age. He lives and owns a pub in the Limehouse area of London. The grapes. Sometimes he does the pub quiz.
