Re: RWCR3 Ireland vs Springboks

I'm trying to think if there has ever been a rugby match as intense as that one? Certainly none NZ have been involved in. There was absolutely no let up.... and I'm glad the ref did his best to let it flow... Carley would have blown his pea out of it's whistle...but instead it was like watching two...

Re: RWCR3 Ireland vs Springboks

Well I didn’t think Ireland would soak up all that power from SA, absolute credit to them. Think they will go all the way now. Ireland are most certainly the best team but it's really hard to bet against France at home, especially a French team which have a winning record against Ireland over the l...

Re: Antoinee Dupont gone???

If he doesn't make it back, himself and Ntamack will be on some mission for the next RWC. Dupont might well turn out to be the Messi of rugby until this last finally won a RWC which means a guy which was considered by many as the best player we've ever seen (and in Dupont's case, at least among the...

Re: RWCR3 Ireland vs Springboks

Great intensity. France will kill both of them I think France have a level no other team can go to. I most of all think France are playing at home and that in itself is a massive advantage, even more so in France's case. Plus of course having DuPont (if he comes back in time). This said, collective...

Re: RWCR3 Ireland vs Springboks

This feels like a World Cup final. Serious tension. If we can keep lineout steady I think we should win now. Proper game of rugby. I love the intensity. South Africa need to up their game. Their ball is being slowed down at the breakdown and then, their runners ended up isolating themselves. That I...

NZ ain't beating either of these teams. Not sure France will either. Ridiculous they are in the same pool. You just can't bet against the best French team of all time playing at home, even more so if DuPont comes back. We saw in the last world cup that teams can't consistently play at the highest i...

I might be biased but If I were an Irish, SA or Scottish fan (ok, perhaps not the Scottish fans considering they've never beaten NZ), I would still answer NZ.
