Re: Official NFL 2019

Tyreek hill is as good as gone from the NFL. Good Riddance to an absolutely disgusting human being. http://www.nfl.com/news/story/0ap3000001028165/article/chiefs-gm-tyreek-hill-away-from-team-for-foreseeable-future Whilst I expect the Chiefs to cut him, I don't think he's finished in the NFL. Re: Official NFL 2019

It would be typical of both Pats and Cardinals for there to be a trade tomorrow, New England mid-round pick goes to Arizona for Josh Rosen. He gets groomed into a star behind Brady for 2 years by which time Kyler Murray is throwing out base runners in the minor leagues.

Re: Official NFL 2019

Well Daniel Jones looks like Eli Manning. No idea if he plays like him. Maybe the Giants GM took the brief "find a young Eli" too literally? Reading a bit more about Jones, it does seem like he was very much the Giant's guy, so I can understand why they didn't risk him not being there still at thei...

Re: Official NFL 2019

I think Rosen could become a very decent QB in the right situation (Arizona is not the right situation and I'm not sure NY is, but it might be). Would be fun to see both NY teams with QBs from the same draft class who came out of rival LA schools) The Rams said outright that they did not resign Suh ...

Clay Matthews joins the Rams. Home town discount for the end of his career. Not sure how much he has left in the tank but I've always been a fan since his USC days so it's cool to see him in horns.

Vontez Burfict has joined the Raiders to be close with his 'best buddy' Antonio Brown

And while we are talking Rams backup QBs and Jacksonville. I'm still not sold on Case Keenum's old backup as a franchise QB. Great superbowl and no doubt he's capable of hot streaks like Fitzmagic, but Nick Foles as full-time franchise saviour? Colour me skeptical. He had a lot of help in Philly.

Re: Official NFL 2019

Well Bortles has been signed for a 1yr deal. He's actually a decent upgrade on Mannion as Goff's backup. Last year our punter was the more trusted back-up thrower. Hekker had 4 throws to Mannion's season total of 3. Bortles will get paid $7.3m next season, of which $6.5 will be paid by Jacksonville....

Re: SUPER BOWL LIII: Mercedes Benz Atlanta

It was a terrible game and a complete no-show by our offensive line and our coach. McVay choked in the big game more than Goff did. No adjustments to try and get something going. Our defense played great. I feel so bad for them because to hold Brady and the Pats to 13 points in a Superbowl is an inc...

Re: Official NFL 2019

Interesting story from the betting markets that the main odds setter's model told him to set the line as Rams by 3 points. His gut told him he couldn't do that so he set it at Rams by 1 point and as soon as the book opened, the flow of money drove it to Pats by 3 points. Similarly listening to Brian...

DBs all seem to have that sort of trash talking attitude. On a team with Marcus Peters and Aqib Talib it's not that surprising that Robey-Coleman has begun acting like Jalen Ramsey. I groaned when I saw it because, yes, it's bound to blow up in his face. He'll likely be covering Edelman over the mid...

It seems about right that the Pro Bowl gets Witten and the Superbowl will have Romo. Big question this week is, how injured is Todd Gurley. I'm not buying the notion that he only got 4 snaps against the Saints but wasn't playing hurt. If the Pats win on Sunday it will be Brady for MVP. If the Rams w...

Show I saw had the odds at 13,000 to 1 (that was based on 6 of the 7 being random). Yeah it's certainly fishy.
