From a welsh perspective, the only non irish player worth a damn is aki(fine player fair play)
But why do you need to poach so much? the closest we've come is Anscombe, who lets be fair has a more honest heritage than all of your poaches.

NA wouldnt bring anything, would the saffers? I was under the impression they were pillaged just as bad as the kiwis, but their depth isnt as good. pro 12 would suit the saffers, more free flowing than prem and more power based than SR, albeit at lower quality(SR, that is)

All I know is given the chance I would play for wales any day of the week, but slapping on an italian jersey would mean nothing to me.
