That is a terrible list. Any sentence starting with "Took action on..." or "Enhanced..." is woolly as fudge and means they haven't done anything substantive. I'm surprised it doesnt say stuff like "Put trousers on" or "Went to shop for biscuits ". Still - better than the "nothing" that it responded...
