Re: The Result of the UK-EU Brexit Negotiation
There isn't one, but that doesn't mean the vote shouldn't have happened although I understand why people think that way. So you don't think it was an unfair question to put to the populace, most of whom had no way of voting objectively? Indeed even the hard line Brexiters are only guessing, as outl...

The campaigning and exaggerations were attrocious, from both sides. No one would disagree. I took your comment to refer to those on this thread, rather than the bigots from the country side, etc. Else, what was it in relation to? My comment was in relation to those Brexiters on this thread going '1...

EU is a failed project, so if UK leave I fvcken hope we don't join the EEA to prop it up, with identical criteria (but without vote or veto) out of fear. I honestly think it's not bitterness Dai. I reckon that it's sheer exasperation at the level of stupidity and obtuseness of the Brexiters. This is something that has not been seen on the European continent since 1933. The UK economy is tanking, and somehow the Brexiters are spinning it as a positiv...

The EU aren't going to be passive on this. They will now move to ensure no other nations want to leave. They will make an example of the UK. Re: 2nd referendum on the cards : 2 million UK supporters
Is a second referendum even necessary? If as looks likely Corbyn is replaced and Cameron's successor calls a general election in November (probable/possible) would a Labour manifesto include a commitment not to invoke Article 50? I'm certain a LibDem manifesto would. That's perhaps even more likely ...
