I see she has stated all National will vote no. She can’t possibly enforce that of course. It isn't a conscience vote. So yes, she pretty much can really. Gerrard told the Herald that the key question was not about whether cannabis was good or bad, but whether the proposed legal framework would be better at reducing cannabis-related harm than the status quo. This is the key point that is swinging me towards yes. Especially with people getting crimina...

I expect a champion team to have a champion attitude. That means "man-shaming the Blues, prison-style". They can rest after the weekend and the new guys will get their chance, just not this weekend. Sign off in style, Crusaders. You can doooo iiiiiiiit. Don’t often agree with you but you’re on the ...

Oh come on - are you seriously suggesting a Crusaders B team will beat the Blues? The only thing playing a B team will achieve is a poor excuse for the Crusaders when the Blues kick ass :x More likely the Crusaders will field a B team because they are too scared the Blues will beat them if they pla...

Re: How does Scott Robertson rate in the pantheon of NZ coac
Call me old fashioned but I expect that the All Blacks to have one of the better squads going around so even if Robertson has spend a lot of time getting the best out of top talent, that’s a plus. Seeing how he would do with someone like Hawkes Bay might be more meaningful if he was considering a r...

Re: How does Scott Robertson rate in the pantheon of NZ coac
Although, like Glaston, I still would like to see coaches like Razor etc, who're used to the best cattle, have a year or two with a crap team like Manawatu to see how they go at elevating an average squad. This Crusaders squad team isn't the strongest in the comp. Besides, he did that with Sumner, ...

Re: How does Scott Robertson rate in the pantheon of NZ coac
Wasn't Deans equally fêted until he went abroad and bombed. Surely Robertson would have to go outside of NZ to 'prove' himself. Yes, though deans applied against Henry. Henry is a shitload better than Foster. That said, you’ve hit my single reservation about Robertson but as I said earlier, I’d sti...

Gatland is the most qualified to coach the all blacks. Qualifications aren’t everything. I’d rather take a punt on Robertson than risk losing him overseas. Who’s to say he would come back when the NZRU finally accepted him? How many overseas NZ coaches applied last year?

Jordie has started to show the goods this year. Don’t tar his name with foster plz. Re: How does Scott Robertson rate in the pantheon of NZ coac
Purely based on achievements, he’s no better than Robbie deans at super rugby level, and not in the conversation for international plaudits. Amusingly, if the world ended today, Gatland ranks higher. Fair enough. Using your rationale Robertson ranks below anyone who has ever coached at test level, ...

As an aside, Samoa and Tonga have remained covid-19 free. They have never had any covid-19 infections. Why not invite teams from the Islands, which could be complemented with NZ or Australian based eligible players, to play some tests? Sure the scorelines may be lopsided, but it's about seeing some...
