I’ll put my left nut on the chopping block here and bet the UK goes back into lockdown within the next month. The health authorities have sat on their arses waiting for “data” that India is in trouble  All the meanwhile letting flights from India and Pakistan thru the border as people rush home...

The burden of proof rests largely on the “natural” theory.
SARS COV II and it’s polybasic furin cleavage site insert remains the smoking gun, along with foreign experts being granted lab access after 1 whole year of the pandemic.

Re: The multiplication of red cards in rugby because of the new laws about head tackling

The game is an absolute lottery now and has been since 2016 when the rules started to soften up. Many tests and series marred by red cards of which a very small percentage could be deemed “intentional”. Rugby is not the game it once was and its frankly now a shit show.

With the Gabba, an unbeaten fortress since 1988, now a pile of rubble does that leave Eden Park, unconquered (rugby) since 1994, the last great sporting fortress in the World? Ireland won at Eden Park in 2011. Yes they did and shared a few stubbies with their fans on footpath afterwards. A great wi...

Huge credit to coach Shastri. a fine player in his day who had great success in Australia. Was under pressure after the CWC 2019 and losing to #1 NZ 2-0 away from home. What he has done to get his side fighting and grafting is remarkable.

EVH is as you say, supremely talented and hugely infuential from the 80s onwards. He's also probably the hands down winner in talent vs poor song discography, Van Halen as a collective song producing team are incredibly weak. Smith’s footwork hid the batsman guard marks so it could be unsporting conduct contrary to the “Spirit of Cricket” ie he was being an Aussie cnut. A one match ban Shirley? If you want to talk influence the IS win hands down. They introduced the Brits to the Blues after all and that led to explosion of the British Blues Boom in the 60s.
