Re: Waterboys crossing the line

The disallowed tries for arbitrary reasons? Yes, I have seen this and I’m against it, but apparently some other people cannot get enough. I think it's just symptomatic of the mess the laws are in with particular areas of the game and the inconsistent application (or appearance thereof) of them. Huh...

Ford?
Messy?
Garbisi, I'd love to see him play in this Irish team.

Costelow is the worst half back I've ever seen play in the 6N, including Bergamasco at 9.
Russell? Fairly consistent in a pretty gash Scottish 15

The decision that annoyed me most was the early turnover by France with the player clearly off his feet when England were in a promising position.

Time to get rid of some of the old guard. Slade and Daly don't fit into this side Not a fan of his at all, but Slade did a number of good things. He doesn't have the pace for this defensive system. When there's a line break in behind he gets burned. 13 needs to have serious wheels in this system im...

Thought this thread was about Karl Wallinger dying. My first worry was Mike Scott kicking the bucket Too many people on the pitch a lot now. The one that irks me most is when a try is scored and the subs rush in. A law should be made that of they are within 20m of a try being scored by their team i...
