I wrote to the DVLA concerning a dementing patient, asking advice how to persuade someone to stop driving, quoting the patient's details. Next week, fury from her - licence revoked, no negotiation. I was a little taken aback, but I suppose you don't f.uck about when lives can be lost.

I did this to both my girlfriend's computers over a couple of days which was pretty embarrassing. We just removed the batteries and left it to dry out.
