Re: **OFFICIAL** English Rugby Thread
I'm fairly resigned to Sarries missing the play offs, but at the same time, I've got a feeling there may well be an absolutely mental last round of games with permutations all over the place

Re: **OFFICIAL** English Rugby Thread
Oh yeah, I get that. As I mentioned a few days ago, the club was pretty unequivocal when asked by supporters if they were talking to Jackson. (Although, admittedly, this was in response to threats to cancel season tickets if he signed, so they're going to say that, aren't they?)

Re: **OFFICIAL** English Rugby Thread
And he's got a dodgy back.
Assuming Farrell and Manu are going, it does sort of make sense to sign an experienced 10 and presumably a much younger 10. Ideally younger than 35 though

even when everyone was available our centre partnerships looked complete shit. so we not really losing much that we going to have to look at other options now. Re: **OFFICIAL** English Rugby Thread
paddy jackson wouldnt be the worst stop gap option but I doubt the club would want the crap that would inevitably come with signing him so really cant see it. Saints are going so well right now and i think fin smith signed a multi year deal so fin smith seems unlikely. Sarries have denied having an...

Obano having an absolute stormer. Bath are doing a good job of making unfashionable players look very good. Bayliss, Reid, Muir, Obano - they aren't flash, but they are looking very effective in this team. Obano has had a decent reputation for a while hasn't he? Just kept getting horrible long term...

Re: **OFFICIAL** English Rugby Thread
Absolutely wild that anyone can look at this Sarries team and not think we're in end of an era stuff. Injuries aren't helping but the next season or so will be fascinating seeing how the club copes with losing more or less the last of the blokes who were there when Venter came in and established the...

Properly nicked that half.
No idea if the scrum stuff is right
Sarries need better discipline in the second half though otherwise there'll be a load of yellows, I think

Went back to some birds place during my Uni days with a promise of amorous encounters going on into the wee hours. However, when we got there, she put on 1977 by Ash and instead of getting down to business, started telling me her life story. By the end of the record, I realised that nothing was goi...

Billy's red card has been overturned which seems....generous. Thought the Saffa milked it a bit but was still a ridiculous clear out and with some head contact. Generous is definitely the word. Re: **OFFICIAL** English Rugby Thread
Many Premiership teams already have strong relationships with local teams. For example, one of my old clubs had a Quins player come along to coach their 1st team for a season. They were one of 70-odd clubs affiliated with Quins, and part of the reason I had a season ticket at the Stoop. The problem...
