I did this a few years ago. Lost 25kg in 26 weeks.

The Carb craving in the first 2 weeks almost drove me insane. And I always felt hungry, no matter how much meat, eggs and dairy I ate.

Then just like "that", it stopped and it became so easy to do.

The hard part (like always) is keeping it off.
