I would imagine Synman would have had similar impact in that Leinster side. He just didn't have the stage to show it at Munster. He was a near complete lemon for Munster. Worried he'll be the same for us. We're less reliant on him being fit, although maybe not if Ryan continues to be a sicknote. Re...

Similar enough for me. Both fairly lightweight as locks go at the top tier of this competition. Dillane a bit better a ball-carrier, Molony a bit better a ball player. Dillane is way better. Not being a prick but Molony has done very well to have the career he has had, and all credit to him, based ...

It's really only Ryan we miss. Ringrose would improve us but not as much as Ryan would. Players will have definitely targeted this. And revenge is about the only thing going for Ross in his favour. Brad Thorn is only marginally more a former Leinster player than Synman a Munster player. Both had very effective brief cameos to help their respective sides win a trophy but they don't really count as former players. Thorne was way more effective than Snyman. Elsom would've won the final for us. T...

Dropping in Connors completely cold could backfire, especially in a rejigged backrow, still might be worth the risk.
