They haven't really cherry picked many yet - some of them have been opportunistic (e.g. Arundell and Willis) and most have been fringe England players. Hopefully our 'nailed on' England starters will still see their England careers as more valuable - but we'll not know until their domestic contract...

There are Championship clubs with better 'brands' than some of the Premiership failures - definitely including Bedford (but not Ampthill).
