Re: all black team named
Other nations would kill to have our halfback problems...or any of our selection problems. The context everyone is forgetting is who these guys are going to come up against. I can't see many halfbacks from the rest of the world dominating any of ours.

<Sigh> Oh well. I wish they had video when I played. I'd love to see the tries I scored again. Especially the cracker against Northampton. I expect I have rose tinted glasses but when you waltz past three England players who don't lay a hand on you; that's a memory and a half. You ought to thank yo...

The story of the officer*, not the captain ( that is your "spin"), Where did I say that the captain stepped aside? I read up and it seems that this Briggs fellow was up on the Compass Tower at the time of the explosion. He had to pass through the bridge to escape and can't imagine why he would need...

She retired from active sailing in 1967, is that right? Don't know. I posted this as a result of a pal who sent me the link and bit on the news. She has a wonderful history. That's enough for me. I was wondering because I priced the QM2 from Soton to NYC last year. Wasn't too bad iirc, around £500-...

As Brazil states one of the survivors was on the bridge and its a story I have read at least twice in books from well respected naval historians. Hood did 'blow up' but it was not an instant obliteration - for instance the Germans recorded the rear turrets firing a final salvo after the magazine de...

Apologies if I offended anyone. I didn't mean to imply that the Fijian army was hopeless. Rather, they are just by far the worst I have persobally seen. How come the black boxes havent been kocated. The Med is not thst big or deep and they must have pucked up a ping by now. Silence on who is responsible and silent black boxes. Aliens it must be. The black boxes are vital. The Air France crash would never have been solved without them, and they identified a major flaw in the airbus control systems, which has now been corrected.
How can they be improved upon?

He's already been ruled out of the Blues match with a hamstring injury, and it appears as if he may miss the 1st test against Wales as well. That's a real shame because he was close to our most consistent performer at test level in 2015. http://www.stuff.co.nz/sport/rugby/super-rugby/80329515/white...

Genuine question, what's up with NZ this year? Considering it's an Olympic year I would have expected them to have got it spot on this season, it's not often they get it wrong on the rugby paddock. Can't help but agree.
A lot of games are poor. Scores of 50 - 0, or teams shipping 40 points plus are ridiculous in a professional competition. SA or Oz games are pretty dull to watch as well.

Tailgaters. Spanish are the worst. A 1 metre gap at 120 kph is plenty.
