Re: Official 2020 Olympics Thread (being held in 2021)

Why the Heck is Russia called ROC? Is it now not PC to say the word Russia? Russia's state sponsored doping and refusal to comply means they are banned. But as some Russian athletes can prove they aren't drugged up, or rather haven't pissed fire for the testers and not proved or fingered to be invo...

Re: Wallabies v France July Tests

I find it interesting that the debate which should have focused on Jelonch's acting poofball style has turned into a debate on red cards. There are some interesting arguments being made, but why changing yet again a rugby law because the Wallabies had a player wrongfully red carded during one game?...

Good read naki and interesting. China shares many similarities with Russia, in that they blame foreigners for everything and that they too seem happy to be bossed around. They need to be told what to think. I worry as in Russia's case, Xi like Putin will need some war or militaristic adventures when...

Re: Wallabies v France July Tests

A player bending and bracing for impact is standard it rugby, the mitigation is for a sudden or significant drop, usually from a player falling from a trip, or another tackle. And again, when you fly in at speed, you lose the right to this anyway, because it's reckless given you could never adjust....
