What is the legal cut off point? There are a lot of drugs that can kill you... paracetamol, Ibuprofen, etc, so is there a threshold? Or is it just that it saves more people than it kills? They can get a flight directly to Dublin at the moment.... But don't. Why would they risk their lives in the north sea to then catch a plane to Belfast? For technical reasons OK I didn't realise the reason for the unsafe country judgement was actually the UK Rwanda policy.
