Had it done a few years back, best decision we've made in a while. You might find you have to have all your doors replaced to fire doors, on all floors. And it can get f**king hot in a loft on the rare occasions we have any sun. 29k's a good price - there might be a reason it's so relatively cheap....

It's a local family company who have been doing business in the area for 20 years or so, so pretty confident in going with them.

I would have thought that the best way to fit a new bathroom would be to do the tiling first and then fit the suite in - much tidier that way rather than fitting the tiles around already installed bathroom suite?
