I know everyone's on tenterhooks wondering what did we go for.

We got the Bosch serie 6 larder fridge and Liebherr undercounter freezer for the utility. Not cheap but nothing bloody is.

also, if you're looking to spend a lot les than that let us know, there's a few options. Assume you're stateside so can't really advise on shops, but the RSPB sell a range of binoculars which are made by viking that have a decent reputation.
