Re: Wallabies 2021 OFFICIAL thread

Mate, Petaia looked like a gun in his first season. This year he has pushed passes, tried to score off of every touch, has fumbled, and has not looked the same player. Re: This Is a Champion Performance!

How are odds relevant to a great performance??? They are just the expectations. It’s easy to find the race/distance records for every track, class, distance, etc. - they never put the odds next to the fastest time for a reason.

Vunivalu might be a shout. I thought Wright was an 11 - Muirhead was the 14? If he is 14 then we are good. Daugunu treats defence as though he was selected in the Waratah's super rugby team. Petaia is struggling with the top 2 inches right now. Petaia has played multiple tests against the best team...

What other 14s are there - Muirhead is one, Mark whatsit is another, Pulu would have a gig if he wasnt injured, the Rebels backs look about as vicious as a toy poodle, etc. Vunivalu, Daugunu, Petaia and Wright play 14 now, or have performed at 14 at test l...

+2 Good to win- good competition. For me Supe A & Super AU a lesser to Supe TT , which is less than the full Supe comp. Given the manipulation of the original Supe comp to win was very hard. Agree. We did what was needed for 2 years, but next year it’s going to be something that I hope will develop...

As good as Akuta was, I was more excited about the winner of race 1 yesterday - I own a (very small) share of her! An amazing feeling to have ownership claims in a Group 1 winner. I'm not so amazing this morning, mind you. Never thought I'd see a harness racing thread on Planet Rugby, but I'm happy...

CI; I don't ever think I have seen anyone be so obstreperous about something he obviously knows sweet all about. This is a Group 1 race in which the winner ran a New Zealand age-group record of 1:54.7, the last half (timed of the leader at the half mile) was run in a swift 57.3 seconds. The winner ...
