Re: Wallabies 2024 (2023 never happened)
IMO Wright and Petaia last night brought hope back for the Wallabies, guys imposing themselves on the game showing they're better than the rest. You need those kinda players at test level.

Re: Wallabies 2024 (2023 never happened)
My hastily considered, highly critiqueable, anti Brumbies biased crack, 1. Bell 2. Faessler 3. Tupou 4. Holloway 5. LSL 6. Swinton 7. McReight 8. Wilson 9. McDermot 10. Gordon 11. Toole 12. Paisami 13. Flook 14. Nawaqanitawase 15. Kellaway I was going to do replacements but gave up after analysing ...

He's not good enough for the Wallabies. Can't get into the game when the team is on the back foot.

Lynagh was good but Lolesio steadied the ship, controlled the game then won it. Nailed on starter for Wallabies.

Re: Ranking the World Cup Winning Scrum-Halves
In a shit team, Joost is the best option as he could be the focus of the attack itself. If it's an above average team, then Smith is best as his passing gives everyone that extra second or two to beat defenders. FDP is somewhere between the two. Gregan and Faf combative, Gregan best tackler. Dawson,...

Re: LRZ
LRZ's strength is he's quick of the mark and a strong step. He'll be able to get separation. It's just a matter of catching the ball. His height is also an advantage.

Re: SRP Rd 6 - Reds v Brumbies
CrazyIslander', a calls I've watched the games he isn't exceptional. He's probably the most reliable, consistent player in Wallabies backline and you think Wright is better? Wright that has a history of making dumb mistakes? I'm a fan of his but he's not a very reliable player. Kelleway is not abov...

Re: The Waratahs
The main beef I have with the Tahs has more to do with those on the fringes, although some players deserve a pasting. 1. The management that have pampered these guys for years. 2. The Sydney media that year in, year out bore us in January with the 10 reasons why this years Waratahs are different to...

Re: The Waratahs
Yep. How good are they. What's so funny about it? They've been shit for a long time. In fact they've only been good in about 5 of the last 28 years. If you have one fault, CI - and sadly, you have - it's your overwhelming generosity of spirit. Five games in 28 years would have been closer to ...

Re: Waratahs v Rebels
Mate…. 2. Sa’a Fainga’a was a scrumming liability. Tom Horton has him covered. I don’t think he’d make the bench of many SR teams. 4. Simmons would be behind 10+ current locks. 6. Higgers struggled at test level. Swinton would eat him alive. 8. Samo over Bobby V and Wilson? Langi Gleeson has him co...
