Then we'll have to wait until we have enough Pfizer and Moderna to vaccinate the entire population.

So f**king sick of this.
You getting the feeling that they don’t want to get out this pandemic
We have been saying for a long time that they are weirdos. Glynner explicitly said it the other day that they are expected to be conservative not practical. Michéal, Leo and Eamo own this shit show.
Yep I’ve no problem with that. The problem is that they have grown from being a government advisory panel to becoming famous nightly faces on the tv briefing against the government and acting as if they are running the country. Glynn and the lads are just civil servants

Gardai are not officially prioritised. Wouldn't surprise me in the least that they're managing to get unofficial priority in Kerry!

I have a bunch of family who either are HCWs or admin in healthcare, my mother schedules vaccines for people for example, I hadn't heard of anything like this happening.

It's also going under trials in humans.
In February, researchers at the University of Oxford began a trial in which volunteers received a dose of the Pfizer-BioNTech vaccine followed by a dose of AstraZeneca’s formulation, or vice versa. This month, the researchers will start analyzing the blood of the subjects to see how well the mix-and-match approach works.

394 cases, zero deaths.

That's from 327 positive swabs of 11,798 processed; a positivity rate of 2.77%.

Of todays cases 179 are men and 214 are women; 75% are under 45 years of age; and the median age is 33 years of age.

They've had an administration rate of 96% for the last 3 weeks by week end of what is delivered into the country at the start of the week.

It’s fine and it will work - hell you don’t even really need the second dose BUT it’s not Approved, you’re using it off licence and where does that leave the “precautionary” EMA and public health docs? It’s all complete joke. NIAC are a f**king disgrace - once again an advisory agency have backed the government into a corner.

Luckily enough covid isn’t actually dangerous for anyone under 50. Unluckily we have a group of lunatics keeping out country closed based on meaningless daily case numbers
