This has just 3173 in 11 years (many of which are mine).

A Northern Chorus - Skeleton Keys
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pDkGG1yC06Q

For a band people have actually heard of, I'm surprised this only has 10875 (first time they uploaded to their account, the non-remastered version has only 8500)

Manic Street Preachers - The Second Great Depression

Yeah, that's great  Incredible view count. A lot of the Stone Roses in that. Thanks for sharing.

Great effort on the Manics one too

Janis Joplin's Mercedes Benz, recorded shortly before her death, has a lot a videos, most with a lot of views. However there seems to be only two videos of the live version, performed during her last concert at Harvard Stadium, Boston on 12 August 1970, both with less than 50 views

Back to lesser-known bands... these are from the band's official account and even have official videos, not just the album cover or a simply-made 'lyrics video'.

The High Dials - Killer of Dragons (21k in 11 years)
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hQtHM_uibEU

The High Dials - Yestergraves (6.3k in 7 years)

This uploaded by the director of the video, 18k in 14 years...

Surprised it has so few. That's one of her most famous tunes.

Obviously most people aren't aware that she performed the song live a few months before her death and before she recorded it. All of the videos out there use the track she recorded a few days before her death

Videos of her live performance (audio) of the song at the Capital Theatre NY, a few days earlier on 8 August 1970 has 22 and 3.4k views

This one by the way, is probably the greatest singer of all time, singing a cover of maybe the best song of all time. And it's got 162k views.

Nice, but very similar to Mad World (not that that rules it out based on the criteria stated).

I’m quietly confident Shoegaze has never featured on Baywatch, but a band from your “Top 40” has.
Songs by A-ha have also been included as background music in episodes of popular television series, such as Baywatch, Melrose Place,

Note your comment about the arrangements, but there are videos on youtube which say Janis Joplin and Mecedes Benz, which have 16m views, 10m views, 2.7m views, 1m views, 598k views etc. It doesn't qualify.

So you're either looking for very obscure songs by known bands or unknown local bands with very few followers but who might have a good song no-one has heard of?
