As a neutral this match should be interesting. Penrith have the youth and enthusiasm, Melbourne have the experience. I hope it's a good game. The pre-match entertainment was as underwhelming as expected.

I utterly refuse to watch prematch shite.

If I want to watch shit bands and awful dancers, I'll go somewhere where shit bands and awful dancers are the principal attraction.

Yep, and her final song was passable. She was quite attractive though - so that helped.

Controversial start, but probably fair. Seems to be a serious case of butterfingers on both sides.

That's great that you're fine with it, but it's not in the rules/laws/whatever. Shades of Ridgey, who loved a good in-goal sliding kick at the attacker.

I really didn't think a first half like that was possible. Penrith have been so efficient all season

The defence had everyone marked he went around his own guy and had a second go at kicking it behind the defence effectively creating his own Shepard.

Melbourne Storm, best team culture in sport 2006 to present day.

Beats the All Blacks over the same time period.

Cameron Smith, 37 years old. Celebrating like a rugby league game is the most importing thing in the world. Seems a bit weird.
