World Champions continue to dominate the rugby landscape with a 6 point lead in the rankings. So good to be number one.

AB’s rise to the top-ranked active side  ;)

Any word on when a call on the Lions series will be made? Fingers crossed we get to see the Springboks soon.

With a bit of luck we may be the first unbeaten team to defend the Trophy. 😁

World Rugby vice-chairman Bernard Laporte says a decision on whether the British & Irish Lions tour of South Africa will go ahead will be made at the end of March.

In addition to the Lions’ tour of South Africa, the Wallabies are set to host France in a three-Test series while the All Blacks are scheduled to face Italy and Fiji throughout July.

However, all the mid-year international series are under threat due to the Covid-19 pandemic, with Laporte now admitting World Rugby will wait until the end of next month decide the Test schedule can go ahead as planned.

Those RWC double points sure can last a long time if you don't play any games.

Takes big balls to live in one of the top ten most dangerous cities on earth. That's why I walk like that. Not all of us are faint at heart, only the flat white sipping metrosexual chicken runners.

I assume the Boks will turn up to this years Rugby Championship. If not they should have 28-0 scores recorded against them for ranking purposes.

The Boks should also be awarded some of Scotland's points.

The Boks coming from absolutely nowhere to win RWC 2019 has left lasting damage it seems. Chin up chaps, only 2 years before the next one.

It should be like tennis where you start to lose your ranking points after a year of inactivity.

The Boks have been bad champions.

Probably no Lions.
No TRC as not enough time to get their 400 mins of quality game time in (and they’d need to play in a safer country so no home games).

Hard to see the Bokkes playing before November- European tour maybe?

Hamilton not sure but old boks 81 didn't say it in so many words but there were places they wouldn't come out alive if things went pearshaped for the nz team. I know South Auckland they say is a crime slum where gangs roam freely around to rob anyone. https://youtu.be/9vxc6k5zr4c

To be in second place is hardly no where - I say that as NZ are second again.

The fact that South Africa are happy to go another year not good enough to beat the ABs is telling - 1 win in 5/6 years (when England and Arg have ... must be shameful for those ‘81 Boks).

Clogs - don’t knock Hamilton until you’ve lived it, then knock it.

It's out government blocking us from playing, so if you want to be mad at someone, blame the ANC. Sadly, this decision is not in my hands.

Nah they had plenty of protection from a large section of the population who supported the tour. The apartheid government had plenty of support from conservative elements around the world. The Tories led by Thatcher enabled them to survive ten years longer than they should have. Colin Meads and the Cavaliers were embargo busting as late as 1986.
