I'm pleased for Steve Tandy continuing his career turnaround as defense coach. He's done a great job in scotland. Also looking forward to Townsend's attack.

Almost all the most successful Lions tours have had Celts in charge.MrDominator wrote: ↑Tue Apr 13, 2021 12:03 pm That is an abysmal coaching team. Too many Celts, too many baldies, and too much of a "struggling Welsh region circa 2016" vibe to it.
There is no way the privately educated English players on tour will respond to some Welsh hillbilly barking at them in an accent they can't even understand.
And there's also a deeper principle at stake. Expeditions under the flag of Empire are supposed to have Englishmen in charge. It's what the locals expect. They won't respect some weird Celtic hotch potch amassed from the dregs of the Pro 14.

Or representing Trump in a court case about the "stolen" election.
Gatland insisted on only having coaches with less hair than him.

Who is Welsh.
The only Lions Tour that threw the whole concept into doubt and was overwhelmingly player-heavy in favour of the team that had finished 4th in that year's 6N was in 2005. Run by Lord Bald.
Who is English.
As per usual, even your piss-poor attempts at trolling haven't got a toehold in reality.
Should have just called this 1 off. Not a great coaching balance.eldanielfire wrote: ↑Tue Apr 13, 2021 10:31 am

His old man was a little slimmer and more hirsute, though he did also look like he enjoyed a smoke and a pint. He did have a strong resemblance though

Of course kicking coaches do a great job, and you can see kickers' percentages grow with coaching, but I still have a little scene in my mind of Jinks saying 'You've got to kick this ball by here through those posts by there, and above the bar.'
At least we managed some diversity here. Phew.Yer Man wrote: ↑Wed Apr 14, 2021 12:03 pm2001:deverix wrote: ↑Wed Apr 14, 2021 3:30 am How does this group compare to previous editions?
