There's already a movie in the works staring a de-aged Mel Gibson as Richard Kahui.

'Plucky Force sneaks into the finals and takes the title after 17 minutes of overtime'

This match is merely a predestined stepping stone.

Dude, in the end, Kahui-Gibson gets his nuts chopped off...

Scenario 1: The Force get up, pulling a stiff middle finger in the direction of the Rebels as they take the last available finals place and render the following night's game a somewhat irrelevant battle of the cellar dwellers.

Scenario 2: The Reds predictably roll a valiant Force side out West, with the Tahs acting as the potential spoiler against the Rebels the following night. They follow through, putting together a solid team performance to beat the boys from Melbourne.

Scenario 3: The Reds beat the Force, and Melbourne claim the last finals spot by virtue of a win against the Waratahs in NSW.

Of these scenarios, I think the most likely is 2, followed by 3, followed by 1.

You’re drunk.
Reds will light up the Force - they can’t grind down this mob. The Reds love nothing more than getting down to business and they’ve got way too much PoW 💥.

Reds by 25.

Tahs looking a lot better but Rebels’ bench is too strong. I’ll give the Tahs a chance - they’ve suddenly got a great midfield and have the capability to create opportunities out of nothing, especially if Toomua’s talent remains dormant.

Rebels by 8

I have to say, I'm feeling very powerful now... I came back to the bored for two or three posts at the start of the season and now the Reds are in their first Grand Final in years 8)

Reds starting 2 flankers in the row.

I've seen it work in subbies.

If I'm the Force, I'm trying to beat the shit out of the Reds up front.

Reds look to be stronger across the park, with a team that has been working together for years.
THey are also in an excellent run of form and look like real premiership favourites. They would be unbackable favourites for this game.

Force by 10.

It will be a long old wait ‘til I find out if you’re right. Ms MungoSpouse and I are doing Sundown NP: Softcock Edition on Friday and Saturday night so I am confidently assuming no phone or internet comms will be possible.

Matthieu Sella played further back in the line.

Older brother of Philippe Sella.

Him and Kahui are pure class.

I'll tell you what...thought-experiment

If the only definition of class is that every time they touch the ball they do something with it, advance it, improve it...

...then who in WB set up can we use that definition for?

- Hunter P
- Taniela
- JP (sketchy though)
- McTitties
- MK
- someone from the Tahs
