Why did Australia not offer to receive this rocket? It's a vastly under-populated country and there are huge swathes of the interior where the rocket could safely land without any problem at all. If we want to trade with China, we need to show more humility and be willing to compromise on massive rockets landing in our backyard from outer space. It suits the Libs for political purposes to make a fuss about this rocket when we all know the real issue is the disgracefully insular and xenophobic Australian attitude towards Chinese-manufactured space technology.
