That's too bad, hope you're alright otherwise. Do you think you'll have to replace them both / either one?

HVAC guy is coming tomorrow, hopefully it’s good news. Went to my gym today and that was completely destroyed.

In the apartment complex next to mine in Rockville MD, a 19 year old drowned in his apartment after saving his mother. Very, very sad and quite incomprehensible - very heavy rain, sure, but I never thought there was a flooding danger in the neighbourhood. But in the next complex there must have been some building in a hollow, which became a lake and flooded the low level apartments there to the roof. Awful thing.

Dodged a bullet with our mechanicals, another couple of inches and we’d have been f**ked.
