Excellent - someone else to play.

I’m hoping for high-level of consistency from last week. Might be safer to rest Taylor & Savea - and Jordie might be on enforced leave.

Otherwise please play the same team.

I see the All Blacks are encouraging expat Kiwis to make this a home game.

That shouldn't be too difficult given the location. :D

Hmmm... if Ardie's out I'd prefer to start Luke at 8 and have Ethan on the bench.

Fair call on balance.

Who is our reserve Hooker if Taylor out?

Btw if Jordie is out for enforced leave it highlights issue with taking no other 10s…

Do we think the coaching team might be having a discussion about goal kicking?

Excellent OP Carfer,as always

Thank you for starting a thread.

This will be a really intriguing game. Both teams are unsettled with various first choice players unavailable. The ABs haven't been tested against a quality side since last year and they weren't convincing then, there are still some weaknesses in thier paly.

Best of luck for the game to our Argentine friends, I'm looking forward to it

Injured, he returned to France after the second game with the Springboks to do recovery work on his knee.

The injuries I detailed above are from this past week, after arriving in Australia.

Is this another of those ambush games where the Argies have been preparing diligently for us while we have been lulled into a false sense of quality against a poor wallabies team?

There is some truth in that. Between the second game against Wales and the first one against the Sproingboks (a period of about a month) the Argentinean players playing in foreign clubs had two weeks of holidays and then started with the pre-season work with their clubs. They came together a week before facing the World Champions and the repeated injuries in the squad speak of the poor preparation for the series in RSA. They now have an extra three weeks of preparation, thankfully.

From what I have seen Miotti is very average compared to Sanchez. Sanchez killed us last year. Also Kremer hasn't shown the same sort of form so far this year.

It's true, Kremer had a broken foot playing for SF (the first significant injury since he has played professionally) and, to make matters worse, when he returned to the field, it was as second row, a position he had not played in since his days in the Pumitas.
Sanchez played very little in SF and is a long way from his November 2020 form. In that position we are more than complicated, by the way.

My strong preference would be for separate match threads. Nothing is stopping you starting a match thread.

I don't think the thread title is convoluted enough.

Maybe try writing it in visual basic or Klingon or something.

All Blacks in great form. Bokke and Pumas live together in a bubble. Hope the coaches exchange some wisdom and notes.

There are several young players in the extended Pumas squad who did not get game time and are unlikely to get it against NZL and AUS.
I guess the same must be true for the Springboks.
It would be great if they could organise a couple of games between South Africa A and Argentina A so that these guys can get some game time.

There are 4 hard tests, dont think they will risk players. It take to much time to get replacements. We have already lost RP Snyman and Thomas Tank. Maybe in the last week.

In the case of Argentina, there are some players who are coming back from "long" injuries (Orlando, Lezana, Boffelli), there is a group that came from the Pumas7s (Moneta, Mendy, Mare and Cinti) and many who played the SLAR for Jaguares XV and other franchises.
You could get a XV like this, without risking too much:

15. Ignacio Mendy
14. Marcos Moneta
13. Lucio Cinti
12. Matías Orlando or Emiliano Boffelli
11. Mateo Carreras
10. Santiago Mare

One thing I’m looking forward to is the Arg assistant coach and his poker face…

I’m hoping for high-level of consistency from last week. Might be safer to rest Taylor & Savea - and Jordie might be on enforced leave.

Otherwise please play the same team.
I agree, Aumua to start, Blackadder at 8, but I'd be hoping to start Jordan at 15 and put Bridge on to start, with Sevu Reece on the bench. I guess you'd have to bring in Sotutu on the bench, or Frizzell, depending on which back row position needs the most cover.
