France has finally realised it is not a significant country. It is now just one voice in a dysfunctional trading block that has no military capability, no ability to make decisions and no leadership.

This is the attitude of Labour/Greens/Lib Dems, and they wonder why they keep losing general elections.

For all his faults the electorate can see the Boris and the conservative party truly love the British people, whereas the self described progressive parties with their constant looking down their noses at the British People give the impression that they don't like British people very much.

Very few modern wars and conflicts consist of one country against one other country. Most involve a coalition of countries (either active or supporting role) against another coalition of countries (either active or supportive role).

Russia, ok, how many wars in their own has there been, for anyone….

In a nation that is limiting freedom, mask mandates, vaccine passes, how much is the grit of the average working class Brit, (where the men that matter, infantry, come form) have compared to the average Ruskie.

I think the result would be an embarrassment, a whitewash.

French military have only been pissed on, history shows.
The last war the UK won was when their opponents had spears and a year round tan.

Both world wars required outside assistance. Even Napoleon defeated himself and then required the Germans to lend a hand.

That’s pretty racist against the Argentinians.
That’s it , That is our defining moment. It’s hardly Russia is it

Outside of its nuclear arsenal the Russian military is pathetic.
Nah, on a one to one basis they are mentally tougher, harder and smarter then the average US GI.
We know when you’ve to put boots in the ground, Is when you guys get shown up as incompetent and rudderless

The Russians have easily outsmarted you in Syria and Ukraine in the last decade alone.

It is the US that is useless outside of the nucs. I can’t think of a region of the world they wouldn’t get minced in a head to head of just soldiering …you’ve seen served up in every head or head since the War (Russian win) expect Grenada

Yep, and could you imagine if it was off the back of the disaster in Afghanistan etc. They think people don’t see it,
