I've always been quite surprised how much the Americans are total light weights when it comes to drinking. I had American relatives staying with me a few years back. They were out shopping and called on there way back to see if my briother and I wanted some beers brought back. I answered in the affirmative and they landed back with four cans of Carlsberg... for the four of us. :uhoh:

It's average consumption of alcohol.Even though they have strong beers the volumes people drink there wouldn't be massive and they wouldn't drink massive amounts of spirits like other parts of Europe.
