I hate these house parties.

But as with every year, I'll bring a present for the party host

Don't mention it

It's 'Devils Buttermilk', and it's usually smelt on the breath of southern reporters when asking Paisley awkward questions about sending young men out to kill, to much amusement of the DUP/FPs present.

I'm on my way,I need someone to give me a route to march down though, preferably straight through loyalists areas, not that I'd be trying to cause hassle.

Compare the 2

http://vimeo.com/35372637

On the left is a Unionist band from Glasgow area at the Apprentice boys parade, Londonderry.

On the right is a Republican 'band' :uhoh: from Glasgow, also in 'Derry'.

Skip to 4mins if you want to listen to decent music.

Not only are a good chunk of the bars closed in Belfast, they have the shutters down too.
Are they expecting trouble?

I remember driving into Letterkenny on the evening of the 11th last year, road packed with Nordie reg cars obviously getting away from Willie and his ilk for the day.

Yes, not sure about Embra but I'd imagine so. Obviously more in Weegieville, quite popular in Fife. The last time it happened in Perth they were outnumbered by the dozen polis escorting them.

The picture on the front of the IT this morning said it all really.

I'd like to see the H&S form signed by whatever Belfast Corpo person signed off that one.

But FFS, it was at least twice the height of the surrounding houses. I hope their insurance is up to date and covers such criminal activities.

You can pick up a house in NI estates for £15k, I doubt the insurers are that bothered.

Remember the guy in Coleraine who took down the banner from the bonfire celebrating his son's death as "another dead taig  "?
Death threats etc...
