I'm optimistic about United. Would like us to sign Jimenez from Wolves. Hernandez has made a massive difference to our midfield. I see us finishing 2nd next season.
You think you’re strong enough to split City and Liverpool?
Think City are going backwards. We'll finish ahead of them

City will come back stronger next season..

Think Foden will slot in very well into City's team, add Aouar and a CB... you've got the makings of a good team.

They have a decent chance of winning the CL this season remember.

Aouar is very tidy but he's not what Man City are missing imo they have De Bruyne, Gundogun, Rodri, Fernandinho, Foden and even Bernardo Silva who's best performances for City have been central.

Sure another midfielder is probably required (unless they are happy that Claudio Gomes is going to step up but he's very young) but Aouar will be expensive and that money would be better spent getting a centre back in, they need someone to partner Laporte but who is also good enough to partner and cover for Stones who is more of a luxury player in the PL (though I think he'd be great playing in Spain).

Hey there, back the hell up. You tell the kid staying up in the middle of the night to watching Rush's dodgy moustache blaze through the mud in shitty FA Cup finals in the eighties that he can't celebrate this. Has his interest waned a little over the decades? I-rrel-e-vant.

Today, we are all scouse.
Well said Naki. I’ve been a fan ever since getting up in the middle of the night in Tauranga as a kid with my Dad in the 70s. Today we are indeed all Scouse.

They’ve been a bit inconsistent this year but they are a magnificent team, a couple of quality signings and they’ll be back at the top.
They need Kompany back. Think the Pep era of possession football has been found out. The Dortmund press is the new game. Liverpool have perfected it.
Not really. The press has been in the game for eighty years. Luka Romero made his debut with Mallorca to become the youngest ever player to debut in the Spanish League. Took Abu Dhabi United apart in a youth match. Fabulous attacking midfielder who is pledged to Argentina having already played in the u15 CONMEBOL team and was going to play with the u17 under Pablito Aimar.

Won't stop City signing him.

Plus it denies another team a playmaker.

De Bruyne is just majestic.

Klopp is out of this world. Liverpool's strike rate with signings has been incredible, to get what he has out of VVD, Salah, Mane, Robertspn etc is wild. That's the best 4 years of management in my time watching the sport. They were a complete sh1tshow when he took over.

Same old story. Struggle to break down defensive sides. It's no coincidence they play better against the big clubs.

Barca draw leaving Real an opportunity to lead La Liga tomorrow.

Bluebirds 2/2 since reboot - in 6th now. Brentford (3rd), Cardiff (6th) and Derby (8th) are the form teams.

Well. Barkley with a classy goal to get Chelsea through.

Arsenal vs Chelsea
Man Utd vs Man City

Both at Wembley. Oh I hope the draw comes out like this.

Forest are 4th so still on track to have another playoff screwup. That's all we need to know.

I thank Covid for blunting the impact of a Liverpool title win. Economic hardship, no fans, fcuk all celebrations and no parade. Long may it continue.

Madrid ahead on head to head, as long as they don't lose they will go top.

Sorry to see Bournemouth going down, used to watch them in the 80’s when my cousin played for them.

Sod that though, at least the board is dying with Liverpool as English, European and World Champions. :D

Brutal run of games to finish. Weirder things have happened though.

West Ham, Villa and Watford may let you off the hook yet.
