NPHET lost a lot of credibility when it turned out they didn't think it might be a good idea to trace the infection back to source when numbers were low. Botha is bonkers and engaged in a level of confirmation bias up there with the most deluded but your entrenched position is a far cry from the Mullet of old.

You lost more credibility with your daily flip flop.

Stop pretending you're some middle ground. I haven't once called for any restrictions.

Its entirely a construct of you lads who follow the numbers like cricket scores.
I have sat throughout either side of the middle. However, I'm livid that Nolan never thought to use his resources to track the source of the infection. And every day they complain about not being able to track it makes me more livid.
Shove your livid.

Tired of every Tom Dick and Harry pretending they know how to handle a global pandemic.

Like the Shinners and their magic houses you think you can magic 4000 tracers out their hole.

Offer your services and take that Botha fruit with you. Show these egg heads what's what.

And bring Cam, the bond yield, Brexit, health and planning expert. A pound shop Bimbo but the best we got.
Planning I'll give you, as I have been retained professionally many times on such issues.

But my opinion on the other matters are nothing more than those of a rational man, who, where covid is concerned, sees little more than irrationality trying to close down discussion.

Mullet

I'm not engaging in hindsight. It's what most countries who have it under control have done. I completely accepted we couldn't do it at the start but once we were down to community transmission figures you could count on one hand, I just assumed we'd do it. As I said, I'm livid and frankly utterly flabbergasted that it didn't cross our minds to even try. When we were down to single figures, the only job NPHET had to do was track the disease yet they didn't bother.

Yep, the full Bimbo right down to the loss if all self awareness.

When you start thinking this is normal is when you go off the edge.

Also you have engineeritis. I don't give a fúck if you understand the stress levels of concrete this is a global pandemic so the massive store you put in your opinion is beside that of binman.

Well said ... but still not a single solution proposed ... so just accept our NPHET shackles and be good little hostages ...

Is there no alternative ? As we destroy businesses, livelihoods and non-Covid healthcare ?

Anyone got a glimmer ? Any cojones amongst any of you ?

Are any of you leaders ?

Just a thought as we approach the NPHET designed waterfall ...

Either by adding beds or some other trickery, available beds has doubled in the hospital system in the last 24 hours.
