Had a flight tonight which tilted what felt like 70 degrees and a bloke had a heart attack. Also the bar closed. All bad luck exhausted. We’re going to do this

The joy of winning would outweigh the pain of losing this week - whereas last week it was the other way round. It's actually exciting rather than thoroughly nauseating.
This has been a chilled RWC for me. Very confident of beating Aus, mildly confident last week and confident we'll perform well tomorrow. I guess when we're playing NZ we can't get too nervous as we know if they play their best we've got little chance, so we have to hope for other things.

Ah I mean I’m a big fan of brown, but Hogg is now just a slow chubby skinhead.

Yeah as long as we don’t get mullered I don’t mind. No shame losing to them.

It's kosher again these days. Just have to clear within an amount of time that doesn't even matter as I'm yet to see a 9 penalised for taking too long
There was a team last season that started counting when they heard the ref shout use it. I'd like to see them do it again. Counted to 7/8 a few times in those long caterpillars.

How can the Rec pitch be so poor at the beginning of the season?

Mike Brown - angry on the pitch, sullen when interviewed after a loss, quietly spoken away from rugby, cries when he has a bar named after him - and who wouldn't. What a man!

Looks like a lot of walking wounded after that game, several players got bashed about. Cryogenic Chambers and monkey glands all round!

Unbelievable performance. We all knew England would have to bully them to win this but we did that and more. What a ridiculous display.

Well done, hope to see you in the final. Itoje and Curry were genuine 10/10, Dusatoir 2007 level of performance.

f**king hell. Two 50/50 tries ruled out. May failing to outrun a lock. Gifting them 7 points. Farrell on one leg for most of the first half and...we still won by two scores.

Unreal.

Don't, I'm already staving off that dread scenario... just trying to enjoy the euphoria for a couple of days.

Seems I'm in a minority of one in thinking that the main reason we won that was because the ABs were atrocious. Lots to improve on.
