The U.S. Patent and Trademark Office canceled the trademark for "Washington Redskins" because it is disparaging by a vote of 2-1. The Redskins will appeal but if it stands, it doesn't mean they can't use the Redskins name, but it means they no longer have a monopoly on selling merchandise with that name.

That will probably get Goodell to tell Snyder "pick something else".

If you have Roku 3 box ($100 here) then it may help you. I know they have Centre Ice but not sure about the Game Pass thing - I'd look into it more myself for you but I get all the hockey I want just with the local channels. Worth looking in to.

Mine was free and all-inclusive for the past two years, up until a week ago.

Will wait until the start of the season and see if they change it back (I suspect it has been changed due to the number of people in other countries using NZ/Argentinian VPNs to access it free). If not, I'll have to bite the bullet and pay real money for it.

NZ. Think it costs out at about 250 NZ pesos for the full season + playoffs.

Do a search on the web for other countries and see if you can find it for cheaper. Not Canada though, I just looked and it's about $199 here. But you may find it somewhere around the world, then just spoof your IP to that country.

Forty Niners have had a bit of a blow at Running Back losing two veterans who have the ability to give Frank Gore a rest.....

Kendall Hunter has torn his ACL, he is gone for the season and in his contract year probably gone from the Niners if not the NFL.

Then LaMichael James dislocated an elbow which will keep him out of training camp and possibly beyond.....

With last years draft pick Marcus Lattimore still not fit to be on the roster the Niners are Down to Gore, this years 2nd Round pick Carlos Hyde and some unknown that I don't know.

Seattle just had too many weapons for Green Bay. Pretty clear and comprehensive victory.

I think Seattle will really see the benefits of the Harvin trade, most impressive tonight....

If they are a better team than last yearthen they will win the lot.

San Francisco are not as good as last year on defense and I don't have any gut feeling that Kaep has improved either.....

Also, I love Zach Miller - which I've mentioned a few times before...

He had a very, very, good game. Best I've seen from him for a while. He makes molasses look fast, but still. That juggling catch was top notch, breaking up that would-be interception, some excellent blocking too.
