Made a forward pass early on in the 2nd half. Very quite though.

Get Bealham off.
Ryan doesn't seem to engage with the ref at all. Herring doing the talking.
Henderson doing some talking too. Ryan is a bit of an empty jersey this season so far; a shadow of the player he was.
Ah now, he could be mighty at calling the coin toss in the changing room

Ryan, the captain, being taken off so early says a lot.

Quite a tight match. Ireland clearly brought their World Cup form to this one.

Thieves a living.

Tired of blaming coaches, these are internationals that can’t pass

I can't remember the last time we threatened to score off a set piece move.

True. But there’s no semblance of anything constructive off set piece. And if there’s any day you can show it, it’s today. Can understand, to a degree, why we didn’t see it v England.

We are.
Yet Leinster are dominating the Pro14 with beautiful play, Ulster are on song, Munster are very solid and getting better, and Connacht have been a bit inconsistent but great at times. And that's whilst their internationals are away.

And we're playing against Georgia, who've been put away by all the Six Nations handily.

Ross Byrne probably needs that move too. Test himself somewhere as no1 every week, even abroad. He’s so used to playing in games that don’t matter or Leinster are streaking it that he doesn’t know what to do when the heat comes on.

It's like a RWC performance all over again.

Willie Falloon wrote: Sun Nov 29, 2020 3:53 pm Anyway, TMO needs to learn the rules of a forward pass.

If the hands go back it isn't forward. That is the clearly stated in World rugby laws.
You should read the Noddy guide to "back".
Clearly not backward from his hands

We’re back in the late Deccie epoch. When everyone knew full well that stepping up to the Irish squad meant you were not stepping up to the best coaching group in the country.

That is a cancer for a squad and all in it.

That’s all I’ll say on it.
