Can any team (international or not) stop Exeter's pick and go near a tryline?
Ive never seen a side as efficient as them in that aspect.

A proper interpretation of the breakdown would make exeter a limp flacid team.

Ball carrier always supported by a player latching who seals off when balm carrier tackled.

Awful, awful, awful game management from Racing today.
Exeter haven’t had to do much, yet through multiple f**k ups they have 4 tries.

There's a dodgy clearout in the middle there, shoulder to face.

Retarded from Racing not taking the shot with that pen.
Owens gifting Exeter a pen for holding on while Devoto lay there impeding the clearout.

I felt he rid Racing pretty hard at times but when you are going to play full retard rugby in a final then you don’t deserve to win.

French teams confirmed as biggest chokers in European club rugby despite their immense ressources
Can't even stop a newbie club at this level winning the whole thing while racing had all the experience (2 losing finals before that one)

Well done Exeter.

Glad it's new winners at and REALLY glad it's not Sarries.

Exeter getting it as actually a nice rebuke.

I suppose we'll have the Simon Zebo for Ireland PR campaign to endure for the next few weeks after his two tries today.
He did eff all apart from that but, hey, "I'm waiting for that call from Andy" will no doubt be in the Indo over the next few days

This always infuriates me. How can people not see past their tribalism to see the enormous and permanent damage it would do to the game here if we picked lads from abroad. It doesnt matter who leaves, they should forfeit the right to be selected for the national side

Otherwise it would be an exodus

Picking players who are abroad will fudge Ireland.

Dropping Zebo while he was still contracted to Munster in Ireland because he wouldn't sign a new contract which significantly undervalued him was despicable by Schmidt. It wouldn't fly in any other workplace.

Are you actually fùcking serious?

We remove rule. Best players go abroad to earn more knowing they can still be capped. Provinces begin to turn shit and no longer competitive. As a result national team declines and we return to the glorious 90s

Agreeing with HKL

it's one of the things that is keeping the provinces/Ireland competitive. No way we could compete with the big French or English clubs for salary. Most of the International starters not playing for Leinster/ Munster/ Ulster... goodnight.

Not in favour of picking players based overseas so not making that call, but if you think Zebo did SFA apart from that today, you're stone cold wrong.

Finn Russell. Give him the freedom of the city or give him a full swing of a baseball bat to the back of the head?

I admire his skills. Really truly do.

But I'd be in the line for the bat.

3 exeter tries due to him, plus the missed kicks. Though starting scrumhalf gave him a run for his money with his 1st half performance.
