Kelleher's throwing is a joke anyway.

Sure they haven't been able to develop a consistent thrower in over a decade.. now Byrne is suddenly nailing everything after leaving.. questionable skill coaching to say the least.

I’m not sure they were too hasty, Byrne was 26 when he left and fourth in the pecking order with Sheehan coming through .

Fair play to him though , he looks a new man at Bristol

What are the thoughts on Patterson leinsterites? Was he the lad that played in the o’classico in thomond in 18 and did well or was that a different lad.

Two things

Bath tonight is one of the weakest performances by a professional team that I have watched in the last 20 odd years

I don't like talking shit about young players but tbh never really saw anything to say he was the standard Leinster would be after.

Kelleher's action looks OK to me. Timing seems to be the issue and IMO he deserves a pass on this for the moment as training has been somewhat disrupted. My memory of his initial period at the start of 19/20 was that his throwing was fine.

Fingers crossed.

Ball of energy but basics not consistenly good enough..

Another case that would leave you wondering what sort of coaching they give young 9's at leinster.

Not the same scrumhalf, that was Rowan Osborne, who didn't come through the academy but was signed from the AIL.

Leinster may need a dedicated skills coach.. the inability to get high level consistent basics from certain positions in the squad is not really good enough.

You wouldnt mind by our current scrum coach and previous scrum coach were hookers.

talk in the papers now that Felipe will be staying, but who knows.

the rumour was that Noel McNamara would be moving up to a new role in the senior squad so it was presumed he'd be replacing him.

yep odds were always on him staying. So we will lose Coetzee, probably Faddes and possibly Mathewson. I'd imagine Ludik will retire. Not sure if he will go the coaching route

Yep. We are in a good place to actually go and win something so it's a no brainer for him to stay.

Had heard that Ludik was either going to coach here or back in France. Comes from someone who knows someone who work(s)/ed for him but still think it's bollocks

Hopefully if Matthewson goes we wont be going back to having Shanners as the 21, but we'll see Doak step up

I saw Loudik being interviewed on a podcast last week . I’d say he’s probably on the way out after listening to him . He’s set up a business up there though so I’m sure he’d be tempted to stick around and do a bit of coaching if there was a position for him with Ulster

I keep hearing commentators saying things like "is that the start of the Larkham effect/coaching" etc when watching Munster. Has he not been there since start of 2019 season. Shirely there should be more than glimpses of his effect at this stage, even allowing for coaches.

It slipped to the line as he was reaching for the try. You could see it on replay and see the footprint on the line.
