Munster should have won though. Just sayin'.
Should they?

If Leinster had managed to convert one of those lengthy forays into the Munster 22 it would have been a fairly comfortable win, I suspect.

Both sides were fúcking awful.

Glad to see you are still here
Thought you might have sloped off for a while after you embarrassed yourself so much in the match thread, even jumper didn’t whinge as much about the ref
I generally don't post whilst actually watching the game.

And I stick by my concerns for both episodes of foul play.

Nice to note that you're still concerned about my postings though.

Probably best you don’t post during games if that’s the state you get into
I was worried that Mr Brace was going to need to get security to prevent you attacking him at his home

Nice 4D chess from Doris at the end of the half. Knew JJ is a flake, end result 3 points for Leinster.

 you mean match winning try scoring Larmour?

He was the only attacking threat we had last night along with Keenan. He does need to tidy up his catching but Keenan was far from perfect in the air also. Seemed like nobody knew who called for the catch with everybody hesitating. But knock yourself out talking down our best talent in years if you like.

No I mean dropped 6 high balls Larmour and let another bounce Larmour and put us under pressure for 50 minutes Larmour who scored a try made by actual fullback Hugo Keenans Larmour. That Larmour.

13. ROL? JOB? TOB? Turner?
14. Kelleher
15. Kearney?
16. Tracey
17. McGrath
18. Clarkson

Regale us of your backline expertise then.. seeing how Larmour was playing on the wing tonight...

Do you want Larmour dropped?
Do you not like backs who can attack?

That sort of attacking ability doesn’t come along very often but he obviously needs to work on high balls.
So you just want to discard him then or what’s your genius suggestion?

He is not a fullback reckon he played himself off Irish team tonight, Stockdale/Earl's will start ahead of him. Maybe he might do a D'arcy and move into the centre.

Larmour was shit under the high ball, can't argue against that but he was at the heart of most of our good attacking play too. It wasn't just a case of dropping everything and then running in a try.

But you can't consider him for FB currently and he hasn't done his wing chances any favours.

Right now, coming back from injury Larmour looks like a 23 spot. Keenan has fine enough to keep the 15 jersey, Stockdale hasn’t.

How’s Lowe’s injury healing?

Guy can't catch a high ball and his Dad here is pretending he had a stormer.

Doesnt take a back "expert" like yourself to figure out the lad is bricking it under a highball.

Normally around this time my excitement starts to ramp up for the 6N with dreams/notions of a realistic run at winning it and whats our path to a Grand Slam etc. This year is different. We are going to play shit one out rugby, Sexton will start every game his fit for, play shite and come off injured. We really need a few bright sparks to step up to make this an enjoyable tournament. My hope is

Doris nails down the 8 jersey and has a strong tournament
Kelleher claims the no2 jersey
Coombes gets a couple of runs from bench/starts against Italy
Stockdale finds form
Somehow find a solution to the Sexton problem x(

That’s not true but let’s go with it anyway..So what’s your suggestion then?
Discard then only attacking threat in an otherwise blunt back line?

What exactly is your suggestion for Larmour seeing as you seem to gate him so much?

Yeah would go along with that. He had some really nice touches ball in hand and needs to be persisted with on the wing but he needs to do an awful lot better under the high ball. He was a good better in that regard before injury, hopefully he just needs a bit of brushing up.

Yeah this is crap. We had the drops before and then put in a good performance I think against Munster and then it is right back to the drops again. This is not an isolated incident.

You simply cannot have a fella on the wing that is a coin flip on whether you are going to be able to deal with kicks.

He needs to be dropped until he solid. It's like picking a prop who can't scrum because he is great at passing.

If this was the SH this wouldn't even be up for discussion. A lad who put in that performance should not be in the squad and many of the lads defending him have no issue booting Stockdale for less.

The amount of time he spent in camp missing games for us you'd expect they'd have thrown him out there for Georgia.
