Fingers crossed - he will be a flanker at pro level.

1st 2 tries all down to Humphreys, one of the worst halfs I have seen from an outhalf since ROGs cameo lions 2nd test.

Saunderson doesn't look comfortable at all. Doesn't scrum with a straight back

Forde is the best 10 and 12 in the squad, where will he end up?

The sort of lad who has gotten away with all up along as just bigger than everyone else - but his technique looks awful

Agreed. Wouldn't give up on him as his size is handy in the loose but he needs serious work.

I don't think he has been as good this game at 6, than he was at lock in the last two games.

If nothing else he should have been on for the defensive scrum that kendellan did well to get go forward off

That was a good 22 "defensive set" from ireland.

Silly mistake off the turnover, Osborne needed to shift it on or kick it, cover defence was always going to have numbers at the breakdown.

Aside from giving the fullback a clean catch on his garryowen.

The one before that Earl, when we defended a Five m LO and scrum.

Really good hands and kick from Soroka.

Forde's solidity the big difference for us. Doak even way more comfortable.

The pack has stepped up as well, not surprising Doak is playing better when we aren't getting hit back and getting sloppy ball.

Soroka is incredible.

It has to be fair - Loughnanne and Boyle have made a big impact.

Much better all round. Soroka really gone up a notch in last 15. Superb talent.

He hasn't had a great tournament, made a few poor decisions in attack. Forde has been the big difference.

Ireland a bit lucky there, the penalty could have gone either way.

Good game management taking the goal kick as well.

 And then he kicks the line.

He has been solid in defence and his positioning is excellent, but just feel could offer way more for a lad who has played with Leinster.

We sort of needed him today a bit more

Not convinced by a lot of the Ulster prospects but I'll take Doak and Sheridan from that group. With Izuchukwu out we should be seeing what Sheridan can do even if it's at 6

To be fair, without an inventive head at 10, we are gonna play off 9

Wasn't Gleeson told, when playing for the Aussie U 21's, that the ARU would consider themselves lucky if they got 2 Wallabies out of any U 21 team.

Anyway, well done Ireland. Big match against France next week.

Did not see that win happening at halftime.

Pack stepped it up a gear at half time to get us in front while Forde offered much more composure at 10. Boyle came on and shored up the scrum to secure the lead too which helped.

Especially when you have a 9 you can play off in Doak.
