Lads, can all of you who enjoy FPS just get warzone so we can squad up and wreck people? It's free and cross platform. No excuses.

It takes an unlimited amount of hard drive space though. And I've hated CoD since it became FIFA of FPS.

What do you mean it takes unlimited hard drive space up ? I have 80gig free on my PS4
And what do you mean by fifa of FPS ?

Feckw is pretty good at run and gun so I’d be up for squadding up
I’m ok but really depends on what gun you have, I often get stuck on bfv running and gunning with the worst gun / sight combo

My drives are almost full already(PC) I had it installed for a couple of days as my buddies insisted I play with them. Uninstalled in a week. I'm too much into competitive fps (Counter-strike) so I don't get the kick from casual shooters and it just irritates me due to high luck/low skill factor.

But it looks awesome that's for sure.

I’ve had it for a few months and quite like it having never played many b-ball games since the excellent Total NBA97.

I picked it up for $8. Played a couple of games and still trying to get my head around some of the controls. Not sold on it as a long term play yet, but for $8 it's all good.

Gran Turismo 7 and Silent Hill 5 very likely to be the first games announced at PS5 event.

Both only for PS5, no ports to PC or XBox.

Also all 3rd party or multiplatform are unlikely to be shown. They want it to be exclusives and gameplay only at their event.

It also won't be a half hour event like the last couple by both XBox and Sony, but more likely a good couple of hours.

Gran Turismo has been overtaken by forza hasn’t it? No worries for me, not big on driving sims.

I feel like Driving sims without a wheel are boring. But with the wheel they're pretty darn entertaining.

I've got a racing rig at home. Yes they are surprisingly good.

Not PC iRacing good but the console editions certainly aren't bad.

Witcher B&W endgame choices...

Spoiler: show
I'm guessing that the two choices end up with saving Detlaff or Syanna. I'll probaby play both endings from different saves, just to see what happened, but what did others choose?

Spoiler: show
I got the 'best' ending, sisters reunited, without looking at consequences so I was happy enough with that. I don't care much for Syanna but Detlaff went over the top condemning the innocent people.

Same. I don't think it's much of a choice at all. Someone who can commit genocide at the drop of a hat needs to be taken out.

I recently got Forza Horizon and I have to say it's a bit underwhelming. Gran Turismo was all about the realism but Forza seems to have a bit more of an arcade feel to it.

Edit: From doing a bit of research, it seems Forza Motorsport is more comparable with Gran Turismo. Pity. It came with the Xbox anyway so I didn't purchase it but I definitely would have preferred Forza Motorsport by the sound of it.

The story is what makes the game as good as it is. Combat and puzzle solving is fun and all, but the characters and effects that your decisions have make it great.

It's a game some are only coming to now. Partly because of the series and partly because they missed it the first time and it's still one of the best games out there despite it being developed 5 years ago.

Fair enough

Incidentally this was on their website a few days back celebrating the 5 years

Image

some were hoping the next image would pan out and reveal the sequel IV, but no luck yet

They have Cyberpunk coming out in a few months so they won't want to distract from that at the moment.

Witcher3 update. I went downstairs to install it and found RDR 2 in the PlayStation. Played that instead. Witcher3 (still safely in cellophane wrapper) has been returned to the shelf for another day.

Rumours that witcher 3 may be released free on Epic, so that'll be my first playthrough if I go for it, so appreciate the spoilers.

Cyberpunk looks awesome, but I'm not paying the silly prices to get it.

Started playing Red Dead Redemption 2 recently.

It's a terrible game. The landscape and story are amazing, I'll definitely sink time into it, but as a game it's just woeful.

The actual game parts?

The controls are the worst I've ever come across for a AAA game.

The actual gameplay is pretty bland. Guns feel weak and fairly unresponsive.

Like I said, it's visually stunning, and the world is amazing, but it's really more about experiencing the world than playing a game.

So, Orianna. The orphanage.

Spoiler: show
It was pretty clear that she's a vampire from when she said she knew Regis from way back, and her supporting an orphanage is very fishy, especially after the history of vampires keeping humans in Tesham Mutna, but fúck me, that was nasty.

Couldn't help myself and googled to see if there's a way to kill her, because she's disgusting. Alas, no, but I came across this trailer.
https://youtu.be/VF7kqc7th0A
Pre-launch cinematic trailer, which is basically an epilogue for the entire game. That's fúcking class.
The use of black blood potion and moon dust bombs is neat.

What a shitwitch.
