Man in this photo was taken in
1946.
This guy is Ken Shimizu. He is 35 years old. He has 2 children.
Shimizu never runs. Sleeps late.
Eats whatever he wants. Even drinks beer instead of water. Eat dinner with many kinds of food every night.
What does Shimizu do to get such a body?
Shimizu doesn't have any secrets....Shimizu is the person sitting in the bottom left corner of the photo.
As for the man standing in the middle..

Clearly pre-2008 that photo then. Similar to Uluṟu I guess. I climbed it back in the ‘90s on a rugby tour. However, I heard it’s been stopped for quite a few years now.

Not so much.
Was supposed to be in the mountains when it happened but my son was ill and we cancelled, so instead enjoyed the experience on the 11th floor of our hotel. Our mountain guide, who formed part of mountain rescue later rang to thank us for cancelling. He said it saved all our lives. 2 people died 800 metres into the trail we were supposed to be on.
