Assuming he loses this election? Which is a HUGE assumption.
He'll lose, ACB will stick the final dagger in his heart.

If Donald or Don jr or Kushner wants to run next election they'll get a free pass. Trump owns the GOP.
Throughout the last 4 years I've often wondered who was the puppet and who was the puppet master in the Trum/GOP relationship. I have come to the conclusion that the GOP was always using Trump as a means to an end.
Yep.

In the beginning it was Trump using the GOP, but in the end they had the last laugh. Foreign policy and trade aside, it's been a typical GOP presidency from a policy standpoint.

The GOP you're talking about the so called top people behind the scenes have lost control of the party. How many high profile GOP leaders have come out against Trump? It didn't work as the grassroot supporters are with Trump as shown in the election. The only GOP leaders still relevant - Mitch and co are the ones licking Trump's boots.

He's only challenging the mail in votes that arrive after election day, the ones that have already arrived and are due to be counted can't be challenged.
The way things are going he could lose the state even if the late arriving votes are excluded anyway

Yes. Indeed.
He also has to go through the State court system which can take him a while. The Federal SC won’t hear this directly.

In the end America is a seriously dysfunctional society. There is nothing to be admired about America any longer. 'Country' most likely to turn fascist is probably the most apt description.

It is time for western societies to dump the USA and look to beat its own path. America is morally corrupt and without a compass. Remember its condemnation of apartheid South Africa? Its backing of the ANC? America is a racist society, geared to protect a white minority's wealth and way of life. A society in decline, whose system of governance has created a breed of class geared to holding onto power by manipulation, corruption and the suppression of the publics rights. These politicians do not create anything, do not work, they simply manipulate society and the press to stay in the news cycle.

Australia should look to distance itself from such a frivolous ally of ill repute and low standing in the world. Take the central path with allies like Canada and the EU. Avoid S T U P I D!

With Nevada and Michigan looking good for Biden, a Trump victory from here would throw huge doubts as to the legitimacy of the U.S Government. Folks we would be talking a rogue nation, a wealthy nation run along the lines of North Korea by a ruling elite.

Nevada or Pennsylvania will put him over the top. Trump is going to court but won't find much love. The state courts will all cite state law and dismiss unless there's some state constitutional provision, but strikes me as a hail mary. His only chance is to get declared unconstitutional votes received after Election Day for Equal Protection Clause or something, but they're going to defer to established precedent I feel.

I'd be in favor of a federal law or constitutional amendment to just set the same standards for everywhere as far as absentee.
